We have a feeling you'll be spending a lot of time at Bryant Park the next few months.
RECOMMENDED: Full guide to things to do outside in NYC
During April and October (daily 11am–6pm) and May–September (daily 11am–7pm), your favorite activities such as Putting, Ping Pong and art classes are back in action. Get crafty at the Art Cart, which just expanded this year, offering drawing lessons and Structured Play workshops for adults and kids.
Try your luck at miniature golf at The Green, which is home to Putting and Kubb tournaments in August. And be sure to hit up the Ping Pong tables, which have doubled, so you can start training for Monthly Mixed Doubles and Women’s tournaments coming up this summer. If you’re interested in something a little less active, the park will continue it’s Game Socials this year with Scrabble, Apples to Apples and beginner Chess socials on Thursdays.
The hours vary for each activity, so make sure you keep this tab handy for the full schedule. And as always, all the amenities are free!
Now that the snow has melted—finally—New Yorkers can officially start getting excited about all the fun events in the city and things to do in the spring. From food trucks to alfresco flea markets popping up this weekend, we’re convinced that the coolest place to be in New York is outside.
