You can now apply for almost 100 below market-rate apartments, ranging from studios to two-bedrooms, at a new development on Eagle St in Greenpoint.

The affordable units at 33 Eagle St include amenities like a bicycle room, fitness room, live-in super and on-site laundry. You can find the income requirements to apply for the apartments on Housing Connect.
Half of the apartments in the waterfront building will be set-aside for those that already live in Brooklyn Community Board 1. Applications will be accepted until May 16.
