Ahoy, New Yorkers! If you're looking for waterfront restaurants with breathtaking views, this new spot is (sea)sick! Get a killer view of the Manhattan skyline with a side of fries at Pilot—a brand-new bar and restaurant located on a 1920s racing schooner. The maritime establishment, which just opened last night (it's aboat time!), is located on Pier 6 at Brooklyn Bridge Park

Pilot comes to us thanks to Alex and Miles Pincus, the duo behind oyster bar Grand Banks. The joint serves summer appropriate bites such as scallop ceviche, soft shell crab po'boys and, of course, oysters. And you'll go nuts for the mouthwatering cocktails on the menu, like the Life at Sea (made with vodka, blueberries, mint and lime).

The only question is: what do you do with a drunken sailor? (Thank you for enduring our nautical puns.)
