It’s a business honcho’s wet dream: leather furniture; $45 whiskey; and long-haired, long-legged cocktail waitresses in black boots and skimpies. Beyond the Central Park view, there’s not much for ordinary folk at Rande Gerber’s Park. If you’re a VIP, you’ll get exceptional treatment. If not, you may as well be invisible.
