Get coffee and a cut at this East Village café-cum-barbershop from Bluestone Lane cofounder Aaron Cook and longtime barber Avi Mavlyanov. The shop serves hot and cold brews, espresso and, yes, $30 haircuts and full shaves at three barber seats (get it?) in the back room. (Each service comes with a free coffee or tea.) The café menu is padded with light dishes like crumpets (sweet with farm butter, savory with avocado), an egg sandwich with chipotle mayo, and house-made muesli with coconut yogurt, as well as a rotating selection of beer and wine.
