The Lookup

From the team also behind Black Tap Craft Burgers & Beer (known for their "crazy" milkshakes),  The Lookup can be found on the 13th floor of The Kixby Hotel (formerly known as The Metro Hotel). The 2,200 square-foot rooftop was designed by Rockwell Group and features "three zones" with 65 seats outdoors and 50 seats indoors. But the note worthy element is the collaboration with Pamela Wiznitzer (formerly of NYC cocktail favorite, The Dead Rabbit).  The cocktail menu infludes a "safflower vodka, passionfruit, coconut water, lemon and champagne," a drink with "tequila, grapefruit, lime juice, Ancho reyes verde, pomegranate and pink sea salt" as well as one using Blue Majik spirulina with "white rum, cachaca, banana, lemon and lemongrass," among others. Bar food will include a sriracha carrot hummus, truffle parmesan popcorn, and green chile beer cheese.
