The Door (CLOSED)

The sculptural, arched copper doors are fetching enough to be the defining element of this Middle Eastern–themed bar and hookah lounge. Inside, amid rose petals, candles and ornate lamps, a young professional crowd puffs on sweet-smelling tobacco and grooves to Middle Eastern pop. There’s also a VIP room with the occasional belly dancer and mandatory bottle service—sans cover and attitude.
