A red glow illuminates the ’20s-inspired interior at this Harlem boîte (the name is an acronym for dining, entertainment, nightlife). More than 30 specialty cocktails can be procured at the copper-topped bar. An Oreo cookie accompanies the Uncle Tom Collins, made with Glenlivet and 7-Up; less ironic sustenance can be found on the small-plates menu, which features dishes like catfish fingers with curry-lime dipping sauce and “Not Yo Mama’s” chicken and waffles.
