You’re paying for the atmosphere—a 22-foot coffered ceiling, bronze chandeliers inlaid with onyx—at this deluxe Four Seasons hotel lounge, formerly known as Fifty Seven Bar. A tab can easily top $40 for two stiff martinis, but for the chance to snack on mini kobe burgers in the grand I.M. Pei–designed setting, it’s worth the expense.
