Blown-glass chandeliers and rustic pine-paneled walls offset the blaring HD-TVs at this cavernous, upscale sports bar in Chelsea. Though swill like Bud Light and Heineken are available, better brews (Goose Island IPA) and sexed-up cocktails are on hand too. The food, like the booze, is a notch above the average pub’s. Skip the bland miso-duck spring roll in favor of earthy wild-mushroom ravioli topped with chopped asparagus and a balsamic reduction. A juicy rendition of that old tailgate classic—baby back pork ribs—is slathered in a smoky pineapple barbecue sauce and slides off the bone with ease. Who said game day couldn’t be classy?
