Pieces of the former S.S. Coronia were used to create the low-lit Art Deco fixtures and mahogany bar in this quiet lounge. A classic Manhattan becomes a Lower Manhattan with a mix of rye, vermouth, artichoke liquor and orange bitters, and potato pancakes from sister restaurant the Noho Star are reinvented with tuna sashimi and wasabi cream. To drink: find cocktails (like a basil gimlet) and American craft brews (Ommegang).
