Surf Shack

This seasonally appropriate pop-up ticks off all the beachy boxes, with surf gear as decoration, an outdoor grill, tiki drinks, a full rosé-and-oyster station and even a view of the water. (It’s of the Hudson River, but still.) Get in on the sandy fun by grabbing a beer from the blow-up flamingo baby pool filled with bottles of brew or treating yourself to a less fratty mai tai, a margarita or classic summer snacks like a whole grilled fish, tacos and burgers.
