This Williamsburg bar pays homage to the Gatsby age with 1920s decor and a menu of classic cocktails. At a marble-topped counter, bartenders make drinks like the Brown Derby (bourbon, grapefruit juice and honey) and the Hemingway Daiquiri (rum, maraschino liqueur and lime). Slurp bivalves on the cheap during the nightly happy hour, or snack on heartier fare, like a roasted-pork sandwich. Entertainment also kicks up each evening: There's flamenco dancing on Friday and swing music on Sunday.
