The owners of Paris Commune maintain a wine and cocktail bar in the cellar below the restaurant. The room is reminiscent of belle epoque Paris (antique-mirrored ceilings, a giant mural of Gare Montparnasse), but the French-inspired cocktails, like the Très French martini—vanilla vodka, Chambord and a splash of pineapple juice—taste refreshingly modern.
