Randolph Beer bars are best known for their “Beer ATMs,” self-service beer taps that make pouring a pint as easy as getting fro-yo. However, for its new location in Dumbo, co-founders Hari Kalyan and Dave Plate and director of operations Kyle Kensrue venture into brewing their own suds for the first time. Working in the bar’s seven-barrel brewhouse, head brewmaster JR Jordan (Brooklyn Brewery) debuts seven new beers, including a citrusy pale ale, a tart sour witbier and a bitter wet-hopped märzen, with flavors rotating seasonally. The bar will also include 24 taps as part of its Beer ATM, vintage pinball machines and elevated comfort food like fried catfish sliders, jerk chicken po’ boys and Big Ass pretzels with house-made beer-cheese dip that can be scarfed down at communal tables.
