This sprawling lounge on the 19th floor of the Gansevoort Park Avenue Hotel offers multiple fireplaces, sweeping skyline views and a 40-foot pool. But don't break out your bikini just yet—while hotel guests can take a daytime dip, the water's off-limits at night. Still, a glimmering pool isn't a bad backdrop for haute cocktails like the Ginger Park (vodka, cognac, white cranberry juice and lime) and grown-up finger foods, including lobster-roll sliders and sorbet lollipops.
