Enter Manhattan’s first legal distillery since Prohibition ended. The global brand Our/Vodka sets up microdistilleries in different cities around the world and uses locally sourced ingredients–like NYC tap water. Dave Ortiz (Dave’s Quality Meat) is partnering with the NYC branch, which offers a tasting room, a bar and a shop.
