More than 250 readers turned out on Monday, September 28 to celebrate the grand finale of Time Out’s On the Rooftop series at Haven Rooftop (132 W. 47th St) atop Midtown’s chic Sanctuary Hotel. Guests enjoyed stunning sunset views, open bar for Stella Artois and Stella Cidre, hors d’oeuvres and sweets by Carly’s Better Bites.
