New York Rye Week

There are three events open to the whiskey-loving public for New York Rye Week. On October 18th, you can taste over 30 American rye whiskies—like Ragtime, Rittenhouse and Roundstone—at the New York Distilling Company. Or, if you're more of a doer than a taster, join the founder of the company, Allen Katz, on October 20th or 21st to learn how to blend your own variation of rye whiskey. In addition to keeping your custom blend, you will also get a distillery tour and a cocktail from the Shanty.
