Time Out says

The only clue is an "alterations" sign in the window (the space was formerly a tailor’s shop). Even if you do find the graffitied door, you can’t simply walk in—you must text or email to reserve. Still intrigued? You should be. This stealth speakeasy will transport you to the 1940s: Sinatra croons on the sound system, couples chat in semicircular booths, and candles offer the only light. Owner Sasha Petraske can readily mix more than 400 drinks; yours arrives on a gleaming silver tray with a slender block of hand-cut ice. If you’re lucky enough to find the phone number, mind your manners when you arrive; house rules include “Gentlemen will not introduce themselves to ladies” and “Don’t invite anyone you wouldn’t leave in your apartment alone.”
