By about 8pm, the candlelit patio at this Ipanema-meets-Okinawa lounge is swamped with the after-work hordes from Citigroup, who sip on caipirinhas ($9), guava -Cosmos and happy-hour margaritas ($4) as they shovel down tapas and flirt over blaring house music. But keep your eyes down: The limited view beyond the semiretractable awning permits only a sliver of sky and an unsightly ventilation system.
