The notoriously extravagant Japanese eatery has reinvented its second-level lounge: What was once Kimono Bar is now M. Unfinished motorcycle parts reside next to the ornate silk robes that were part of the original décor, while the bar has been sliced in half to make way for a dance floor. The menus have been upgraded too: Cocktails include the Tokyo Celebrity (sugarcane shochu and champagne with lemon juice), and a menu of designer nibbles features kobe beef croquettes and a variety of maki.
