Ludlow Manor (CLOSED)

Lady Gaga ex Luc Carl (St. Jerome's) is behind this tri-story rock & roll club. The spot is still working on its liquor license, but the over-the-top decor is already in place: The second level "casino" features a steel brocade ceiling, purple drapes and black crystal chandeliers, while the third floor showcases palm trees and a retractable glass ceiling. The owners plan to open a tapas bar on the ground floor soon.
