Times Square commuters may have more reason to stay in the neighborhood after happy hour, thanks to a slew of newly minted watering holes at area hotels. Following the revamped Knickerbocker Hotel’s rooftop cigar lounge St. Cloud and the flashy, theater-inspired Living Room at the W Times Square, this 70-seat bar within the recently re-unveiled Time New York Hotel calls up ’60s-era gentlemen’s clubs with light-oak furnishings, earth-toned upholstery and a bar hidden behind beige-hued, corset-inspired drapes. Evelyn Drinkery barman Christian Sanders oversees a list of revolving, seasonal cocktails such as a Showgirls Negroni (strawberry-hibiscus-infused tequila, Campari and rhubarb amaro) and a Harvey Dent (Earl Grey–infused vodka, Galliano, yuzu and orange juice).
