Maroon velvet curtains warm up this dark, cavernous restaurant, which gets crowded despite the area’s usual lack of foot traffic. The small bar only seats a few people, and you’ll be sharing the room with stragglers from the nearby Ear Inn, as well as tourist types. If you can squeeze in, the sangria is well worth sampling. The space sometimes plays host to Latin-themed parties with DJs.
