Sink into one of the brown leather couches and sip on creative concoctions like the Jbird Jasmine (flower-infused rum, lime and pineapple juices, almond syrup) and the Maddow (Old Tom gin, vermouth, elderflower liqueur and whiskey-barrel bitters). The cozy 68-seat lounge is outfitted with a timber-topped bar and two working fireplaces.
