There’s certainly a lot of fun to be had at this Sunset Park pool hall. First up, there’s the pool, obviously – courtesy of 15 pro-am diamond tables, which are apparently the highest grade commercial tables you can get. And if snooker’s more your bag? There's a high-quality snooker table, too.
The food and drink are also draws. The food is Latin-inspired crowd-pleasers, but expect some Caribbean influence, too. That means a menu of chicken and bacon ranch quesadillas (with mezcal marinated chicken thighs), green chilli burgers, loaded nachos, and some great looking bowls – especially the barbacoa beef, slow-braised with onions and dry-roasted chillis and spices.
There's an extensive beer selection too, and it's also easy to get to, given they're located right next to South Brooklyn Ferry, heading straight into NYC. Looks like a lot of fun for a group.
