The owners of beloved dive International Bar roll out another low-key watering hole nearby. Assorted tchotchkes and vintage beer signs serve as decoration, a jukebox churns out old-school punk, soul and rock & roll, and the modest booze selection gets the job done with $4 well drinks and $1 Michelob half-pints. The one grand touch is the expansive maple bar, its shiny surface designed to resemble the wooden finish of a classic vintage guitar.
