Time Out says

Well-dressed men are everywhere: puffing stogies from the bar’s humidor (flush celebs lease the humidors for $1,000 a year); sipping pricey Scotch while ensconced in leather couches or perched at the copper-topped bar; and plotting world domination. Yet the bar boasts some of the sweetest girlie drinks to be found anywhere, as well as the 63rd Street Martini, a $63 concoction of cognac, port and pear liqueur that sounds far too rich for our blood.
