Along with 270-degree views of the Hudson River and the Manhattan skyline, the 1,150-square-foot, glass-wrapped space—complemented by a second-story rooftop café and outdoor seating—offers 15 City wines on tap, from a New York State riesling to a Napa meritage. Beyond the grape, find cocktails like a guava-watermelon mojito, a mescal sunrise with grapefruit and a sparkling rosé float, and a Moscow mule updated with house-infused lemongrass green tea. Offset the wine buzz with plates like risotto balls with Gulf shrimp and roasted sweet corn, seaweed-wrapped Blue Point oysters with mescal-unagi sauce and a lobster roll served with a City Vineyard cabernet slaw.
