This Murray Hill bar aims for casual elegance with candles and leather banquettes. Some might find the loud, tinny music and sugar-rimmed Chill-a-tinis (one house special is spiked with Tang) more ill than chill. But the place draws a thick crowd of paraprofessionals, happily hanging in the latest styles from J.Crew. A few blocks from Grand Central, it’s perfectly situated for an after-work drink between the office and Metro-North.
