This tiny wine bar from the owners of Redemption and Islero has quietly opened in midtown. A rotating list of 30 or so global wines, with a focus on the Old World, can be enjoyed by the bottle or glass in the quaint brick-and-mahogany space. Small plates will present a fusion of Italian and Spanish flavors in dishes like mozzarella-stuffed empanadas and house-made braided bread studded with pancetta.
