Cecil’s Bar (CLOSED)

No one knows you at Cecil’s, and sometimes that’s a good thing. The house bar at the U.N. branch of the Crowne Plaza is a quiet place for a private drink. The TV is huge and the cocktails are strong, if small. Linger over the standard-issue bar food, stare at the tube and decide which of your fellow barflies are really international men of mystery.
