This Sunset Park neighborhood joint, decorated with black-and-white photos of historic Brooklyn landmarks, takes its red-sauce Italian fare seriously. Four different Parmesan preparations—veal, chicken, eggplant and shrimp—are available, along with snacks such as fresh mozzarella and Italian-sausage-stuffed fried rice balls. To drink: six domestic drafts and a compact selection of wines.
