Time Out says

Say cheers to 35 years of Brooklyn Lager, the pioneering brew that hit the market back in 1988. The brewery's hosting a two-day party at Teddy's Bar & Grill, the venue that received one of the first batches of Brooklyn Lager decades ago.

Brooklyn Lager is the flagship of Brooklyn Brewery, and its creation helped establish the Williamsburg-based brewery as a pioneer of the American craft beer movement. Brooklyn Lager's been a must in the craft beer scene ever since.

The party on Friday, March 24 and Saturday, March 25 includes pretzel bites made with Brooklyn Lager beer cheese, specialty Fornino pizza with Brooklyn Lager in the dough and even Ovenly cupcakes made with Brooklyn Lager. BYOD (that's bring your own denim) for on-site emboidery and customization from Four Hands; be sure to grab a limited-edition Brooklyn Lager path from Only NY, too.
