This slick Chelsea cocktail lounge knows its way around a good drink, so it comes as no surprise that its bramble is pitch-perfect. With clean Beefeater gin, lemon juice, simple syrup and muddled blackberries served over crushed ice, it’s a pure expression of the tipple.
