Beer, Bourbon & BBQ Festival

Feast on swine-centric plates at the seventh installment of this honky-tonk bash, featuring live bluegrass and brown-spirits seminars with master distillers. Restaurants—including Virgil's Real Barbecue, Daisy May's BBQ and Kloby's Smokehouse—will serve pork-y plates alongside a whole-hog roast, and sessions one and two will feature a bacon-eating contest. Drinkers can slug all they care to of 40 bourbons—Four Roses, Blanton's Single Barrel, Bulleit Rye—and craft beers (Sixpoint, Abita) will be on tap.
