When a bar’s hipness has been exhausted, clean-cut yuppies rush in to fill the void. Despite the vanilla crowd, the courtyard of this former service station has lost none of its allure. Indoors, waiters with painstakingly fashionable hairdos serve trendy cocktails to patrons perched on midcentury-modern furniture. An annex in back is an intimate nook. Tuesday’s long-running Beige party draws a predominantly gay fashionista crowd.
