When you think Slate, think adult playground. Bowl with abandon using three bowling lanes, host your next party in one of the private event spaces on multiple levels, sing your heart out in a private karaoke room, BYOB (Be Your Own Bartender) at an impressive pouring station with 20 drink varieties on tap. When the party's over, take the 20-foot slide to get from the top floor to the ground below without having to lift so much as a foot. Oh, and if that wasn’t enough? There’s also an arcade, ping-pong tables, pool tables, skeeball, pinball and an eight-player foosball table. Never miss a game with Slate’s TVs and be entertained all night long by two huge video walls.

But there’s more to this sleek interior than fun and games. Slate hosts a roster of mouthwatering bites and delicious cocktails. Executive Chef Darryl Harmon masterminds a menu where street food classics and upscale bar food collide. Favorites like the gooey grand nachos, jumbo NY pretzels, drool-worthy Philly cheesesteak arepas, savory southern chicken littles, fall-off-the-bone chicken wings confit, sloppy joe beef taquitos and Maryland crab cake pops round out hearty options. For lighter fare, get your fill of greens with Aristotle’s greek salad, baby arugula salad or a chopped Louie salad. Wash it all down with a ‘Fireside Fling’ (Tanteo jalapeno infused tequila),  agave and fresh squeezed lime ‘Spring Awakening’ (Hendricks gin, grapefruit liqueur, simple syrup, lime juice, muddled cucumber) or the ‘Summer Sin’ (Patron Reposado tequila, JW black label scotch whiskey, honey syrup, pineapple juice, lime juice).

Slate is the sister of New York’s premiere venue, Clinton Hall. This staple of both the craft beer and food communities boasts a gourmet spin on the traditional beer hall experience – featuring 20 seasonal draught beers and ciders on rotation always served to Brew Master specifications (courtesy an on-site Flux Capacitor), as well as a selection of creative cuisine twists. This eclectic tasting adventure includes the 2018 Food Network people’s champion double smashed burger, the viral sensation doughnut grilled cheese and the over-the-top W.T.F Waffles. Head to one of Clinton Hall’s five locations (Manhattan’s Financial District, the Bronx near Arthur Avenue, Williamsburg, and two in Midtown including inside the Pod51 hotel and on 36th Street) or to Slate for an evening out you won’t soon forget.
