Taking the decadence of bottle service to the next level, club owner Aram Sabat has added a few luxury amenities to the menu at his West Village lounge, 49 Grove, including limousine drivers who double as concierges, personal bodyguards and decor with a private-library theme. Located in the space formerly known as Halo, 49 Grove is outfitted with oversize leather couches, large ottomans and shelves lined with leather-bound books. In addition to specialty cocktails, Sabat serves gourmet dishes like baby beef Wellington, Petrossian Iranian caviar and terrine of Hudson Valley foie gras. Bottle service is also available—at all 30 tables.
