Time Out says

This Episcopalian house of worship was the island’s tallest structure when it was completed in 1846 (the original burned down in 1776; a second was demolished in 1839). A set of gates north of the church on Broadway allows access to the adjacent cemetery, where cracked and faded tombstones mark the final resting places of dozens of past city dwellers, including signatories of the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution. The church is also home to the Trinity Church Museum, which displays an assortment of historic diaries, photographs, sermons and burial records, and Trinity Churchyard, a burial site for many noted Americans including Alexander Hamilton and his son, who both died from wounds received during duels.
