After penning Savage Summit: The Life and Death of the First Women of K2, Jennifer Jordan delved into the grim, but equally adrenaline-packed, tale of Dudley Wolfe, the first man to die on the mountain. Suffering from altitude sickness and dehydration, Dudley was abandoned by his fellow mountaineers in 1939. Tonight, see Jordan's multimedia presentation about Wolfe’s life and ill-fated adventure, which includes photographs and 16mm video footage that he shot atop the mountain.
