People come in droves to pay their respects to the nearly 2,800 people who lost their lives on 9/11. There’s not much to see, but construction on the site is moving forward. Completion of the entire project, including the much-debated and redesigned 1,776-foot Freedom Tower, and the National September 11 Memorial & Museum, is expected by 2013.
