Among George Washington's skills, cartography isn't frequently mentioned, but author Barnet Schecter (George Washington's America: A Biography Through His Maps) looks at the first President through the maps he both drew and purchased. Later, Schecter and Green-Wood historian Jeff Richman will lead a tour of the Battle of Brooklyn, which was partially fought on the Green-Wood grounds.
