Artist Bart Pass will walk you through the techniques needed to create an impressive painting with NYC Parks Arts, Culture & Fun and the Art Students League. It doesn't matter how much experience you have (maybe you have none!), everyone is welcome to participate and bring photos you'd like to work from.
