MOLDED, a group exhibition to celebrate the contributions made through Black artistry, is opening this month at the TRNK Showroom in TriBeCa, featuring artists Ambrose Rhapsody Murray, Hamzat Raheem, Maya Beverly and Yves Craft. They’ll showcase who they are through their use of unique materials and by using culturally significant mediums that connect art and design. The artists shed light on the craft techniques practiced by Black people including ceramics and assemblage to painting directly onto textiles.
It’ll be on through February at the TRNK Showroom in Tribeca (18 Jay St, New York).
