Twentieth-century American art is the focus in this gallery, which shows artists ranging from the Surrealist painter Federico Castellon to California collage sculptress Betye Saar, whose pieces are a meditation on race relations in the United States. While Rosenfeld and his partner, Halley K Harrisburg, officially represent only about a dozen artists, they show many more. One will find Abstract Expressionism, Social Realism and other major American movements in art featured here.
