Michel Houellebecq and Gustave Flaubert are some of the writers this L.A. artist references in his absurdist installation, which seems, in part, to transform the gallery into a scene out of a film noir or something from French New Wave cinema. Video and theatrical lighting are just some of the elements making up this meditation on amour fou.
