Brooklyn’s oldest Black visual arts event is back for its 63rd year with "ON THE FENCE" at Robert Fulton Park in Bedford-Stuyvesant. It's a six-day juried art exhibition featuring art by founder Otto Neals, who has exhibited at this event since 1958, and other emerging and career Fulton Art Fair member artists: Gloria Braxton, David Wilson, Brenda Mattingly, Okanbi Pound, Althea Jimenez-Sapp, Clarence Moore Jr, Diane Grazette-Collins, Ruben Holder, Larry
Weekes, Melvin Isaac, Willie Harley, Wilma Ward, Greg Duggins, Valerie Williams, and many others. This year’s event includes live entertainment and art for children. All events
are free and open to the public.
