Time Out says

Great Scott! Multimedia artist Daniel Arsham is taking viewers back to the future with a full-size replica of the famous 1981 Delorean from the classic Hollywood tale of Marty McFly and Doc Brown messing with the time/space continuum. Don’t look for the flux capacitor, though: Arsham’s version is made of a combination of volcanic ash, pyrite, selenite and quartz. The car also appears to be in state of decay, with portions of its gray exterior eroded away to reveal a crystalline core underneath. The pop-dystopian theme of the piece is echoed throughout the show, which includes a similar replica of the 1961 Ferrari 250GT California from Ferris Bueller’s Day Off as well as cartoon-character clothing patches (Tweety, Pepe LePew, Bart Simpson) enlarged into cast-iron wall reliefs
